At Iron Science, we do our best to make everything as affordable as possible. We offer three different membership plans that discount all services, fees, and supplement prices. Membership plans are not required to become an established patient. Each plan offers the same discounts with varying monthly subscription prices depending on the number of patients on the plan. â€‹â€‹

Member Rates

  • Initial Visit: $85 (includes your first month membership) 

  • Follow-ups/telehealth visits: $45

  •  Full Lab Panel: $185

  •  Follow up lab panel: $85 

  • IV Therapy: $75+ (with add-ons) 

  • Male bioidentical pellet insertion: $375

  •  Female bioidentical pellet insertion: $125

  • B12 Injections: $10 

  • Lipo Mino Shots: $18 ​

  • Trigger Point Injections: $45 (for 1 muscle site) 

  • Joint Steroid Injections: $55 per joint 

  • PRP Injections: $195 per injection

  •  Foot Detox: $20 

  • Semaglutide/B12 Compound Injections: $215 (pre-drawn, 4 week supply) 

  • Supplements purchased: 25% discount

Single Membership- $65 Monthly

Monthly subscription of $65 for one patient. Six month commitment required. Benefits begin as soon as membership is activated.

Couple Membership- $95

For a discounted monthly rate you may add an additional person to the singles membership for only $30 extra monthly. Same rates and six month commitment apply.

Family Membership- $150

Add up to five people to your membership plan at a discounted rate per person. Same discounted rates apply to each member, with the six month commitment. (Children are not always candidates for certain services and are seen on an as-necessary basis depending on their needs).
